Terms of Service

Enrollment in KidsPro Academy programs is subject to availability and is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and completed registration forms. We reserve the right to refuse service based on capacity or safety considerations.

All fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the session or season. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellations: Requests made 14 days prior to the start date are eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee.
• Mid-Season: No refunds are provided after the first two weeks of a season, barring medical exceptions with a doctor's note.
• Weather: In the event of weather-related cancellations, we will attempt to schedule make-up sessions, but refunds are not guaranteed for force majeure events.

We believe in "Coaching the person first." This applies to players, parents, and spectators.

• Players: Must show respect to coaches, teammates, and opponents.
• Parents: Must maintain a positive environment. Aggressive behavior toward coaches or referees will result in immediate removal from the academy without refund.

Soccer is a physical sport involving risks of injury. By enrolling, parents/guardians acknowledge these risks and agree to hold KidsPro Academy and its staff harmless from liability for injuries sustained during participation.

KidsPro Academy reserves the right to modify schedules, locations, or these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the email address provided during registration.
